Request a refund
Contact support within seven calendar days of purchase for an unused pack. We normally review qualifying requests within two business days. Duplicate charges and paid-but-not-delivered purchases receive priority. Include your order ID; do not send payment details or your private recovery code. One full refund request per purchase; partial refunds are not offered. Refunds return to the original payment method.
Credits after a refund
Credits from a refunded or reversed purchase are removed. Credits are temporarily held while a PayPal refund or dispute is pending; they may be restored only after a verified failed refund or seller-favour dispute resolution. Other purchases remain unaffected. Credits already used do not move to another purchase.
Your rights
Partly used packs are not normally refundable. Mandatory statutory consumer rights take priority over this goodwill policy and any digital-content cancellation acknowledgment. AI results can vary; no specific likeness, timing or commercial outcome is guaranteed.
PayPal purchases
