Fix a Fridge POV video problem
Check the current status before starting again. A slow or interrupted connection does not mean a payment or video failed.
My photo will not load
Use one JPG, PNG or WebP per person or pet: no more than 10 MB, at least 300 pixels on each side and no more than 20 megapixels. Re-export a broken file as a new JPG. For two people, select the two-snacker scene and upload two separate photos. An upload-field warning points to the photo that needs attention.
I paid but do not see credits
Return to the original tab or open Credits & purchases with the same Google account or private recovery code. Check the existing order and refresh its status. Credits appear only after server verification. A checkout return, bank notification or screenshot alone does not settle the order. Do not make a second purchase just to resolve a pending one.
My payment page closed or the connection dropped
Reopen the existing pending order from the pack dialog or purchase history. The same request is reused after an interrupted checkout. If an order needs review, contact support with the order reference shown in your account; never send card details, account passwords or recovery codes.
My video is processing or uncertain
Open My videos. Queued, processing and downloading jobs continue after you leave the page. An uncertain submission is kept on hold until its outcome is known, so do not start a replacement. A definite failure returns reserved credits. Completion time varies; a fixed delivery time is not promised.
The face, sound or movement looks different
AI editing can change identity details, expressions, motion and sound. A sharp, unobstructed face with even lighting is a better input; exact likeness is not guaranteed. Check the selected reference and quality before paying for another attempt. The source scene controls portrait framing and approximate duration.
Where can I download or recover a video?
Sign in with the same Google account or restore with your private recovery code, then open My videos. Download completed results within seven days; purchased credits do not expire, but generated video storage is temporary. Restoring a recovery code signs the purchase account out of other browsers.
